They came out and did what I wanted done at a more than fair price. I had to have my ENTIRE House Replumbed and there estimate was WAY below what I thought I was goint to have to spend. I Highly Recomment these guys.

Central A/C - Install
John Lial and his father were very professional. When we needed to have an additional circuit breaker installed to handle the A/C, they found an electrician and came out on a Sunday to do the quote. Only issue was they only worked four to five hours the first two days, arrived later than expected each day and the job took 6 days to complete. They were late one day due to having to pick up the unit, and they did stay until everything was working properly, did a good clean up job and were courteous throughout.

Swamp Cooler Installation and Replacement
Samson provided an estimate very quickly and they were very amenable to some changes I wanted to make. When they were awarded the job, they completed the work within one day of receiving my deposit. When I experienced on minor problem and called, they promptly returned and fixed it to my satisfaction. They were FAST, courteous and professional...and very reasonable compared to most of the other estimates I received.

Water Heater - Install or Replace
Installed hot water heater quickly and professionally and removed the old heater. Came back on a Sunday to fix a mechanical problem with the heater that was not their fault. Great service!

Water Heater - Install or Replace
John and his crew installed a Rinnai tankless water heater externally and a new water softener. Besides this they found and repaired a water leak under the house. John and his crew did their work in a very professional manner and did a thorough cleanup after the job was complete. His price for all this work was quite reasonable. I would recommend to anyone to consider talking with John for their heating and plumbing needs.

Samson Heating and Plumbing did not provide very good service. They did not fix the problem, yet I still had to pay them for their service.

John was awesome!!! He didn't waste any time trying to figure out what was going on with our unit and actually listened when we told him our concerns. He didn't have the part with him that he needed but instead of blowing us off, he went and bought the part and then came back to install it. He was wonderful!!! A professional that we will definately call again if we have any issues! Also, he was very knowledgeble about the upgrages that could be done to the house for the size and our needs and had ball park prices that we could expect. It was a nice change to deal with a courteous, informed and obviously well trained technician.

It took a while for Samson Heating and Plumbing to locate the problem on our cooler, but they did find it. John and his son came to our house and looked at our cooler, which wasn't working. He installed a new motor. The cooler worked great for about a week. Then, boom, it went down again. John came back out to the house and checked the cooler again. It was the motor again. He fixed it and it went out again. He found the problem and called an electrician that works with him and John came out with the electrician. The wiring was bad. All-in-all, the problem has been fixed and the cooler is working great.

John of Samson Heating and Plumbing called promptly and came out on my request. John knew exactly what the problem was in a very short amount of time. Went and got the part they needed, came back, installed the part and was gone in less than 2 hours. Very courteous, reasonably priced and friendly. I will hire them again.

Swamp Cooler Installation and Replacement
I thought he was very professional and got it done in the time frame. There was one little thing. He forgot to put a plate over the exposed cords. I called to remind him and he said he would come out-- he never did, I am sure he forgot and because it was such a little thing I went to Lowes and bought one and did it myself. However, the job really was't completed.

Swamp Cooler Installation and Replacement
We need to get a swamp cooler installed on a pre-existing outdoor pad. The Samson guys arrived on time for the scheduled job. Unfortunately, it started to rain and didn't stop after they had waited for about an hour. They asked if they could try again a few days later. We agreed. They showed up on time again and started right to work. After removing the old unit, they pointed out that the duct had suffered major rust damage and gave us an estimate for making a new one. They returned the next day with the duct. They cleaned a lot of dirt out of the bottom of the duct, installed the new one, then the new swamp cooler. It took a total of about two hours. They seemed to work efficiently and were always amiable and polite. The new swamp cooler works great. We would recommend Samson to anyone with a plumbing problem.

I have been meaning to call I have a question. Does the system automatically turn off when it gets below a certain degree? I do not know of any thermostat in my possession to use? If I turned off the switch in the house, does it turn off the water also? Thank you
