Tom and his crew were very professional . He was thorough and communicated with me every step of the way through the installation of my new boiler. His price was quite reasonable and beat the competitors by a large margin. I would hire him again for any heating or air conditioning projects without hesitation.

Tom and his assistant were very helpful in explaining the procedure they were going to perform and answered all my questions concerning the installation of my new burner. I would recommend them because they came in and did the job that others who came in gave me nothing but excuses not to do. Prompt, knowledgeable, and dependable.

There was a very inexperienced worker that came along with the lead guy. This can make some uneasy of the quality of work. I was charged the same amount I was quoted for the original job although the original job was not needed. Originally he thought he would need to break through my walls to run a wire but when he saw my thermostat and the current wiring he said this would be simple and would not have to add wires. Long story short it all came down to the wire was in the wrong spot. Because it took for me to call ecobee (waited 20-25 min on hold) directly and find this out and the time it took the technician to figure this out he still charged me the original price. I thought this was a bit steep and unfair! Thankfully my thermostat is working.

They were prompt, arrived on a Sunday and cleaned up after themselves well.
