Sam did an excellent job cleaning a foreclosed condo I just bought. It was pretty dirty and he thoroughly cleaned and disinfected everthing. He even cleaned things I did not even know needed cleaned. He even came in on a Sunday since I had a time crunch. I would definitely use him again in the future. The price was right and the service was an A+.

Called on short notice to clean my mother-in-laws home after a recent death in the family. The house was very lived in having had all of the family staying at the home during the services. He was able to help establish some order bcak into the home. Arrived on time, stayed until the job was done.

Sam completed a project for us that I thought was impossible. He was extremely nice, friendly, got the job scheduled sooner than I expected and worked really hard for results that amazed me. My grandmother recently passed away and was a smoker. After trying to clean just one room, I thought the rest of the house was impossible and thought we'd need to paint the whole thing. He got everything very clean, INCLUDING the textured ceilings. Adding to what I think was an amazing job, his price wasvery reasonable to boot. I would recommend him to anyone, anytime. I hope I have the pleasure of working with him again! He went the EXTRA mile!

I called servicemagic that day and Sam called me about three minutes after I requested some quotes. His price was great and he offered to come out on a Sunday. That was above and beyond in my book. I have used other services before, but this service was, by far, the very best. Floors were scrupbbed on hands and knees; Each item was dusted under, over and all around. Windows, sills, woodwork were thoroughly washed - exactly as I had asked - and more. Won't ever use any other service if this one is available.
