In my opinion Samuel is a skilled and experienced plumber more interested in satisfying his customers than increasing profits. He took the time to discuss with me the problem I had with my toilet and rather than replacing it with an expensive new one he fixed the old one at a reasonable cost to me. Thank you, Samuel!

Samuel responded immediately to my request for service - failing well pump. He was at our house only a couple of hours after making contact. He came in, got our water running again quickly and gave us approximate timing in which we would need a new well pump . He was polite and respectful. I would certainly hire him again.

Sam did an excellent job! He called and scheduled with me and showed up when he said he would and provided me a fair estimate. He made suggestions and when he did the job, it went very smoothly.
