Gerard is skilled, reliable and professional.
I hired him for several projects over a little more than a week: installing a storm door, mounting a TV, repainting a bathroom with badly chipping paint, fixing a vintage doorknob, and caulking the bathrooms and kitchen.
He was happy to explain what he was doing so I could learn to handle things myself in the future. As a homeowner who wants to become more self-sufficient, I really appreciated that. Because I don’t usually have the time, I would still hire him again.
Also, unrelated to the work I hired him for, I short-circuited a circuit while installing a wall sconce, leaving half my house without power. Gerard immediately referred me to a trusted electrician. It happened Sunday, and the electrician had everything resolved by Tuesday afternoon.
Gerard was respectful of my home: he wore shoe covers and cleaned up after every visit. I would hire him again and recommend him for your projects, especially if you have an older home.

Totally outstanding work and professionalism! Did a beautiful job on making a counter top table study with beautiful wooden bracket! Then he tackled a stubborn radiator under that table top to make it stop wobbling. So friendly, caring professional and knowledgeable! He's my permanent handyman.

Our house is very old, built in 1905. There have been some modifications throughout the years but our bathroom needed to be fixed up! We liked the corner washbasin but it was too low! The walls had to be replaced, beings they didn’t have drywall but old paneling. It’s great to have the sink higher, and to not hit your head brushing your teeth! It’s really nice and we love it!
