Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
My furnace went out on the Friday before the New Year Holiday. I found out early that most companies were very busy that day. Samual & Sons were the only one I ended up getting in contact with and he promised that he would stop before it got super late, even after I explained that a friend thought it was the main circuit board. He told me on the phone that if it was the board, he wouldn't be able to get it until the following Tuesday. No problem as we were having really warm weather. He stopped, determined it was the board but was gonna try and get it fixed temporarily for us. No one does that. I told him to not worry about it and just make sure it would not spark or turn on at all. He called me 1st thing Tuesday morning, gave me an estimate and approx. time he would be here. He and his son, Cody came, fixed it up, was so nice in answering all my questions (some even sounded dumb to me), left absolutely no sign they had even been here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a fix or just servicing.

Heat Pump Repair or Service
Service pro responded to request for service fro HomeAdvisor within hours of request for information, even though it was very early in the morning. Service tech came out within 24 hours on a routine service call, performed 'get ready for summer' service on our heat pump, and offered a service contract for future service. I should note that the company did offer an appointment for the previous day a time that would have been less than twelve hours after initial contact, but we were unable to accept it due to schedule conflicts.
