The worst company ever! Customer service needs improvement. A tech came on a Tuesday evening to attach my dryer vent to the main vent located in the basement. That Friday morning (same week) I went to the basement to do some laundry and noticed the vent was no longer attached. I immediately called that morning and left a message. I called again that afternoon around 3 pm because no one returned my call and got someone on the line. I explained how the vent was no longer attached two days after a technician came to attach it. I had not been in the basement since the technician was there. I asked if someone could come out the same day and re-attach the vent. I was told no because it was the end of the day. I was told the earliest someone could come would be the following Monday. I explained I called earlier that morning and did not receive a callback. The person on the phone asked if he could call me back ( I knew he just wanted to get me off of the phone because he did not want to come back and fix the job). He never called back nor made arrangements to come back to fix the sh****y job they did. Upon my further inspection, I saw that the technician only used tape to attach the vent. I paid $85.00 for a job that took less than15 minutes. I should have hired a more experienced professional. Lesson learned. What a waste of money!

Never met "Junior" Samuels until the day he showed up, on time, for an appointment to repair my high-end clothes washing machine. My wife found him on homeadvisor.com . He exchanges greeting and gets right to work. He is super organized and doesn't mind answering your questions. Shows you the suspected parts that were likely to have caused the issue. He has the parts and can install them. He quotes you at soon as he does a diagnosis on the appliance. He does a full test after the repair and give you pointers on how to get the most out of your appliance including likely trouble spots for that make and model. I can't say enough about this young man. He's a professional, he's smart and he cares about his customers and his business. Thanks again, Junior!

I would hire Junior again in a heartbeat. Responded almost immediately after my on line service request. He was on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a half hour. He showed respect for my home and wore shoe coverings during the interior home inspection. He is a genuinely nice guy and he knows what he is doing. Highly recommend Junior Samuels Appliance Co.

I canâ t say enough good things about Junior and the work he did. He was prompt-made the initial call around 11 and he was here at 1. Diagnosed and repaired the problem within the hour. He explained the problem thoroughly and had the parts to make the repair. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. I highly recommend Junior.

Junior was prompt, courteous, and professional. Our refrigerator died on a Wednesday night and no one I called could come before the following Tuesday. Junior was able to get here in 30 minutes and 20 minutes later it was fixed. I'd recommend him to anyone.
