It took them several days to call back but then they showed up on time and did great work very quickly. They repaired a badly broken sprinkler line that I broke in several places digging up a large tree. He also adjusted and repaired several sprinkler head nozzles. I was very pleased.

They were very nice and worked extremely hard to get the job done. The only thing we weren't 100% satisfied with, was they didn't cut the existing shrubs and trees in the area we had then working on and that was part of the bid.

They were on time. They explained the problem which was the controller needed to be replaced. I thought the valves were bad. he showed me all zones were working.. thank goodness! They came back later that day and replaced the controller, and set it up for me.

Had a pretty bad leak in the sprinkler system, professional came out, assessed and was able to come back the same day to repair. He came back a little later than he had originally said, but the fact that it got fixed the same day was a big plus.

the completed the project in a timely manner. I did have a little problem in contacting them and as a result, they actually started the project a day earlier than scheduled, but that was to my advantage. I would use them again in the future. Price was exactly for the amount of the estimate.

Did a great job in a timely manner. It all looks great. The 4 1/3 for Quality was only because they missed the property line on the front side of the privacy fence when the retainer wall was put in.
