We enjoyed working with Ivan and his crew. They were neat, on time, organized and did an awesome job. My father in law who used to build custom homes was impressed with their work and no over flow spill on the concrete when they were smoothing it out.

A pleasure to work with Ivan and h foreman Oscar This is a VERY PROFESSIONAL concrete company that was very personable. They showed up on time with a whole crew that got right to work. This was a fairly large job with a lot of unusual aspects. They pay attention to detail and did all the small things I requested with no complaint. They cleaned up after themselves and left a clean worksite. The finish on my concrete was exposed rock that had to match an existing driveway and the did an astounding job. The men on the job were extra courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Ivan was an incredibly professional businessman. He showed up for the estimate when he said he would. His workers showed up to do the work exactly on time. The quality of my "step-up" slab in the garage was far better than the one that they replaced. When I had a question afterwards, Ivan responded right away. They made my garage damage repair so much easier.

Ivan was great to work with. San-co's pricing was very competitive and their quality of work and customer service is top notch. I had my patio extended along with additional pool decking through them. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Ivan and his crew arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and they were professional in every way. They built a retaining wall that FAR EXCEEDED my expectations, including the set up for future irrigation, which I hadn't even thought of, which Ivan included. The wall is absolutely beautiful and everyone who has seen it has loved it. His work is exceptional, and I felt he was honest and totally concerned with my satisfaction. When a small issue arose Ivan took care of it immediately. I don't even know how I came upon Home Advisor, but no matter how, I was so fortunate and so pleased that I found Ivan and his company. I would not hesitate to recommend Ivan and San-Co Concrete, LLC to anyone. They will not be disappointed.

Installed a large concrete RV pad and very deep foundations for an RV Awning to tight dimensions. Very good attention to detail and addressing the customer requirements. Worked around customer schedule and good on time performance. Ivan was very knowledgeable and assisted in the final design that worked around flood irrigation drainage. He was a pleasure to work with and I would have no hesitation in using him again.

Ivan went out of his way to make sure we were pleased with his crews work. Had SanCo grind down our drive entrance to remove the hump coming in and had the front porch resurfaced with cool deck treatment and the trip hazard leveled. Front patio came out great and the drive entrance matches the neighbors. Great work, would hire them again.

SanCo did a fabulous job of laying a concrete slab for my new storage shed along with a stamped back yard walk way on the side of my house. Ivan also had a new back-yard gate made to replace the dilapidated one we had. The old gate was removed and hauled away and the new gate was installed and it works beautifully. But I'm still waiting for the old gate's fastening points on the fence to be filled in that Ivan told me he would have someone do for me.

San-Co added two patios onto my existing patio on each side. They tied the new ones into the existing patio, by drilling and adding iron rod extensions. Great work there! They were very timely, so be ready for them! We did not like a 'fee' for using a Credit Card.

San-Co did a fantastic job putting in a concrete driveway by our front gate and extending it into our backyard! They were very professional and their attention to detail was amazing! Ivan and his team were first rate and we will be using them again for future jobs!!!

San-Co did an excellent job installing a huge decorative wall fence. They removed Flagstone pavers and rock and created a marvelous landscape. The price was great and the job was completed in less than a week. I would highly recommend Ivan and his crew to all my friends and family!

San-Co poured a new walkway from the driveway to the back gate and also removed a 16 x 10 pad of 1 foot pavers and poured a new slab there. Excellent job at a very good price. I would recommend them to anyone needing concrete work
