San Diego County Glass and Windows

Very nice workers and did the job quickly.

Professional, quick, and did a fanatic job.

Satisfactory

Fine job. Good response time.

Not a bad experience but not a good one, either. Hard to get any information about the product. It was "tempered" glass but I was not aware of how heavy the glass is compared to the previous glass panel. It is very difficult to move. I also ordered screens that are "pet" proof but have not seen them or heard from the company.

Excellent service .

Did a great job.

Nice work

Customer service was great, they provided a temporary quote over email off the dimensions I sent which helped us know if we had enough saved to start the project. Most other companies want to send out a rep and won't estimate for you any other way. Windows look great and the gentlemen installing them were friendly and focused. Took half a day to install and only 2 weeks to order the size we needed.

The quality and experience of the San Diego County Glass Company show: our new kitchen (picture) window is beautiful! We look forward to using Kevin and SD County Glass Co when we replace the rest of our windows! Thank you!

Hired. Company ordered parts for window repair. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Will submit final eval when finally completed

Outstanding service and quality. Kevin informed me on delivery time to accommodate my schedule. Did additional caulking on sliding glass door at no additional cost. Highly recommend and plan to have an additional glass door replacement that is needed

Good quality service reasonable price

Kevin was a pleasure to work with and his team did a great job!

Great fast service. Three windows replaced in just over an hour.

Great service, fast, easy communication. Highly recommend!

San Diego Glass gave me the lowest quote from several other companies for a custom glass shower door. Low price doesn't mean low quality with them, and I was very happy with the overall work. Very quick service. I would highly recommend.

Quick response, on time and provide updates. Very professional.

I had called a few companies but it was like pulling teeth the get them to come fix my window. SD Glass called right away and came the next day and fixed it. They did what they said they would do. The quality of work is top notch. Thank you!!!

He responded to my texts quickly, came out to do the job when I needed it, & the job was done well. I would use his service again.

They confirmed quickly. On the day of the install, they sent a text to ask if they could early. They were here from 830am to 1010am. Great service, totally worth the price.

A major delay due to wrong size of window ordered adding 9 weeks to original 8 weeks of initial order. The workers did not protect my furnishings and interiors by not covering open windows with plastic liners. I had to hire professional cleaners to clean up the stucco dust particles and air duct cleaners along with area rugs being professionally cleaned. I am not happy with their service and improperly trained crew!

Kevin and his team are great! He quickly measured my windows (3 double paned glass at my home) and gave me a very reasonable quote - much less than another business I contacted beforehand. He communicated with me as he scheduled a convenient time for us. He came out to check on progress as his employee replaced all 3 windows in 90 minutes. The workmanship was perfect. Very professional!

We had a broken single pane, single hung window that needed to be replaced. Kevin called me within an hour of me submitting my request through Home Advisor. By the time I put in my request for a quote, I had talked to 3 other companies over the course of a week. 2 companies came out to do an in home estimate and never followed up with me to schedule the replacement job. The 3rd company quoted me an exorbitant price. When I spoke to Kevin, he understood the urgency and was able to quote me from verbal measurements and photos of the broken window and schedule a next day repair. He was honest and fair, even going so far as to call me to explain that the type of repair (wood/putty) was going to look really messy at first but that I shouldn't clean the window until the putty sets. I know my request was a small job but I appreciated being treated as a priority and I got a high quality job done quickly and efficiently. Would absolutely use them again.
