I can't say enough good things about the painting service we received from Julian (San Diego Premier handyman). From the initial estimate to the final walk-through, communication was excellent. He painted several areas around the house and his eye for detail and steady hand really made a huge difference. He was punctual, respectful of our property, and kept everything tidy. San Diego Premier Handyman did a phenomenal job with the projects at my home that we hired them for. Julian Perez was excellent! He was on time, respectful of my home, quick yet thorough and the work was beautiful. I’ve had a lot of different workers do jobs at my home through the years and to be honest they all did a really good job. But this company outshined them all. I can’t praise Julian Perez and Premier Handyman enough. Do yourself a favor and hire this company for work within their scope. They are amazing!

Every time Julian shows up he is prompt and knowledgeable (because I keep choosing the wrong products). He does all the installations quickly and correctly with a good eye for detail and how things should look. He even swept up the ceiling bits! Great guy, great work - BOOK HIM NOW!

Julian has completed numerous jobs for me already with more to come. I'm extremely grateful for his professionalism and attention to detail. I'm disabled and have trouble with larger tasks so the only way I'm able to do the little things I enjoy is if he is around to do the big things. I hired him the first time off of Angie's list and I've hired him for a dozen more projects since then. He's the best with very reasonable pricing.

Julian is an amazing Handyman with a wealth of knowledge and an instinct for inventiveness and creativity. He has a great amount of experience and expertise but even if he hasn't done exactly what you want before he's not afraid to try new things and make your vision a reality. He's the best. I've already had him here a half a dozen times for various projects and I fully expect to do business with him for many years to come. I have a lot of ideas and we've only just started.

It went perfectly! He discussed the job ahead of time with me over the phone, knew exactly what I needed and went and picked it up before he got to my home. He completed the job in 2 hours with no problems, he knew exactly what to do, had the correct tools to do it and just handled everything super professionally...I really could not be happier!

This was the 2nd time we used them and it won’t be the last. The team is extremely professional and work to get the project done within timelines. They are always open to changes and will let you know if those changes will alter timelines or your budget. I keep their phone number in my phone because if I need a little handy work done they do their best to help when they can.

Julian was very professional from start to finish. I have a 1 year old and needed a gate installed as well as a privacy fence to insure my son is safe in our yard. He was quick and the job was done beautifully. I’m so happy with his work and would hire him again for any other projects that may come up.
