I appreciated Emily's professionalism, friendliness, responsiveness, and insight as we navigated our first paver installation job. The work crew were hard workers and cleaned up well. Very pleased with the end result.

Emily was personable and is very knowledgeable on the matter. She made this transaction, easy and was available every step of the way. She worked within our budget and did nothing compromise quality AT ALL. Her guys were professional and hard working. The work was completed by the communicated deadline and was impeccable. We met Emily Ayala of San Diego Premier Outdoor at our next door neighborâ s house. When we were ready to completely redo our landscaping, front and back, we contacted Emily to give us an estimate. Emily came out promptly, as scheduled, and we immediately felt like she understood exactly what we wanted to accomplish. Our property is a view lot on a third of an acre and, although we knew what we wanted we were having trouble putting plans in place to achieve the look we wanted. Emily listened to what we wanted, as well as our budget, and very quickly came up with a design that was absolutely amazing, and within our budget. It was almost as if she could read our minds. Emily created an outstanding 3D rendering within a couple of days of our initial meeting. Her enthusiasm, expertise, experience and excitement for our project was amazing. When she met with us to show us her rendering my husband and I knew there was no need to look any further for the perfect landscape designer. Weâ d found the perfect person to execute our ideas just as weâ d imagined, only better. We signed on to begin our project and never once regretted our decision. Emily and her team are consummate professionals. The job began when promised, and was carried out carefully, efficiently and professionally. Emilyâ s crew was on the job everyday, as promised. Her lead foreman, Andy, and Andyâ s team were absolutely outstanding. They worked tirelessly and with respect for us and our property. They took such pride in their work product, making sure every aspect of the job was meticulously completed. And, they constantly asked us for our input, and welcomed our input. They were clearly interested in completing the job exactly as we wanted it done. Over the 8 weeks they were here working my husband and I came to know and respect each artisan for the professionals they were. It was obvious each person took extreme pride in their work product, and the results were phenomenal. Now that itâ s been about 3 weeks since the completion of our job my husband and I are absolutely thrilled and amazed at the transformation of our property, as are our neighbors. We feel so fortunate to have worked with such a wonderful group of professionals. Emily was on site almost every single day, and during the process has become not only our go to professional landscape designer but also a dear, cherished friend. In 40 years of marriage and 35 years of home ownership my husband and I have never worked with anyone so dedicated, talented, professional and efficient. And, all for a more than fair price. It was a very lucky day when we met Emily Ayala of San Diego Premier Outdoor at our next door neighborâ s home. We feel like we made a lifelong connection that day, and are so thankful that Emily, Andy and the rest of her team became our partners in transforming our property into the dream home we imagined but could not bring to fruition without the help of the outstanding professionals at San Diego Premier Outdoor. Dustin very dedicated to doing a great job, always kept us in the loop as to timing and followed through. Pavers look great and wish we had more work to be done by him. Maybe in future! A great asset of this business.

Working with Emily and the team from SD Premier Outdoor was a wonderful experience especially as a first-time homebuyer. We wanted pavers for our small patio and Emily talked me through every step and even offered options to take the cost down into our budget. She was really honest and upfront about costs and timing. What wowed me was how she helped me with the paperwork for our HOA and advised us on the best options to increase our property value. When it came time to install, the people who came out were kind, informative and professional. It was all done efficiently and to code and looks beautiful! We have neighbors coming by complimenting how nice they look. Even months after the work was done, a valve burst in HOA-controlled landscaping causing some light flooding that seeped in from under our pavers. I called Emily and she was helpful and quick to respond. I just can't speak highly enough of this company. If I could give them more stars, I would.

Emily and her guys at SD Premier Outdoor did an outstanding job with our backyard/front yard project. We moved into a new construction home and needed a company that would help us create our backyard plan as well as submit drawings to our HOA. This was accomplished day 1 so that we could expedite our approval and start on the install. Emily was extremely prompt with her responses, and my questions and requests were answered immediately. There was no nickel and diming or upcharges with anything. Emily truly wanted to make sure we had an easy low cost project, and she did just that and then some. Our project consisted of pavers (sealed) and turf which wa finished in 4 days and it looks phenomenal! Most importantly, My fur babies and my little girl is so happy to have a yard to play in!! We love the work completed by the employees of San Diego Premier Outdoor. They did a fantastic job of paving all sides of our home, redoing a 30 year old backyard, and creating a cool oasis in which to enjoy outdoor living. Our dog thinks it was all done for her. (see photos) Emily listened to what we wanted redone, and with her creative design ideas, fashioned areas that were beyond our wildest expectations! We just keep walking around and smiling. Andy and his crew of expert craftsmen worked non stop. Neighbors came by daily to find out what was being done and all commented on the work ethic of the crew. Emily came to the site at least twice a day and kept in constant touch as to what was happening and what was to be done next. The paver and light installation that now surround our home, pet turf installation, pergola, and an old wall that needed to be stuccoed and capped were completed to perfection. This is an honest company that is reasonable priced, easy to work with, and strives to meet the customerâ  s wishes. They are reliable, on time, and deliver on their promises. Emily has a a high degree of integrity that is accompanied by a great sense of humor. Emily is very driven toward quality as are her employees. The job was completed quickly, 4 guys came and really hustles, and left a wonderful looking walkway and stairs behind. Couldn't be happier!

We love our new yard! Before only half the yard was usable. As a mom, it makes me thrilled to see my boys and dogs out playing and having fun. The team were very polite and hard working. The job was finished on time and it s gorgeous! Financially SD Premier was considerably less and Emily is the only one who helped me vision what a new yard could look like. She s very open and honest and has a creative eye. She was detailed in her prices and she was enjoyable to work with.
