Very disappointed. Key pad mount is very sloppy, gate doesn't open or close

My heroes! Cesar and his crew helped me recover from water in my house. They worked so hard, and they were so professional and courteous, as well as prompt and reliable.

They were punctual and courteous. I was very happy with the job. I also asked them to do some more work.

Amicable, easy to talk to father and son. Removed 4ft fence and installed 6ft fence in span of two days. They were respectful and when changes were added/brought up in the plan- they were flexible in adding those changes.

After we agreed on the project and pricing, they were able to begin the very next day. I am very pleased the work and the time-frame in which it was completed. I asked them to come back and add onto the job. In the process of this addition, they "broke" my sprinkler system. They insisted they would fix it. They attempted to fix it but did not. They told me that I needed to get a sprinkler professional out to fix it because I could not supply them with the blue prints for my 20+ year old sprinkler system and told me that it wouldn't be very expensive.. Why do I have to pay for their mistake? AFTER TWO WEEKS of my sprinkler system not working, I did hire a sprinkler professional at 11:00 am yesterday. They arrived at 2:00 pm yesterday and completed the job at 6:30 pm yesterday. I am now out over $150.00 that should have been covered by Sanchez. I am still waiting for them to come remove the forms from the concrete. Next revision. The automatic, sliding gate motor that they installed cost me $2,000.00 plus fencing materials and labor, even though they used some materials from the existing fence. I requested 3 remote controls AND for them to set it up with the remote controls in our vehicles. They never did that! I just called another company to help with this issue. I was informed that this motor was made in China and cost $300.00. I guess i was only overcharged by $1,700.00 on the motor. I believe I got taken for about $2,500.00 after it is all said and done.

Father and son business is why I hired them. Workers left a total mess which is still here, had no concern for my dogs being let out, took materials of mine from work site, Didn't finish job, now I have a roach problem that I didn't have before. Personally, I hope this team gets it together. Professionally, stay away.....

They change the estimates they tell you cost then add other things and literally cut corner on the job. Did not do the project to my satisfaction.

They were at the house on time, and did a great job on my knee wall, they were very professional, and pleasant to work with.

So very disappointed. This is the first time we remodeled & it was not a good experience. Hired them to remodel bathroom & remodel our stairs from carpet to wood for about $10,000. The bathroom came out looking great but not the stairs. The paint job was not professional. They had to re-do several times. The contract they made was not professional & not detailed. They left the mess from the bathroom on our front yard until after several days of us complaining. Job was supposed to take a week & ended up taking 3 weeks.

They replaced drywall and did a great job.
