Sanchez Masonry Repairs

I canâ t say enough about the professional job they did & I highly recommend this company. If I have another issue in the future I wonâ t hesitate to call them again.

Professional work, quick response.

Did more than required. Very nice job

Great to work with and would recommend again!!

I submitted my request for masonry repair via HomeAdvisor. And with an hour of my submission, Sanchez Masonry contacted me and requested me to text some pictures of the area to be repaired. Within minutes of their receiving my pictures, we had an agreed to price and the repair was completed the same day!! Simply amazing communication, customer service and quality masonry repair!!!!!

Leo was the sales person. He is very knowledgeable but his workers are not. I needed a chimney brick repair since it was leaking rain into the house. I had a lot of empty holes and their main task was to fill up the holes. 30% of the holes were missed. After the mortar was applied, access mortar wasn't cleaned nor muriatic acid was applied. Chimney was sealed with a sealer which makes it impossible to remove the stains. I have mortar white stains everywhere. It is going to cost more now to fix their bad workmanship. He promised to give me my money back but haven't heard from him in two weeks. He admitted the mistake and was very nice about it. I shouldn't have paid him for his work. I will update these comments if anything changes.

Very professional, super great person (company) to deal with. Great people. He performed extra work to help me resolve another issue I was having with the fireplace. As far as I am concerned, he went out of his way to insure resolve some issue with the top of the chimney that he was not here to repair. Price was extremely reasonable. It is good to know there are companies such as this to represent Houston's business. I would recommend them to anyone. Guys, you are who I am calling for any masonry work from here forward.

Very professional, came back to check if everything was done right, and if I was pleased I was very pleased they gave excellent work men ship at a reasonable price

we were very pleased

Great experience. Fantastic people=excellent job. Cleaned up when they left.

Wonderful family company to work with. I had mortar repaired in a brick veneer from a foundation repair. They matched the mortar perfectly and the home looks like it was never even worked on. Thanks Leo!

Leo- Did a great job repairing my broken brick. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are very honest.

They were punctual, explained the whole process, and did a quality job.

They were here when promised. Cleaned the work site They were professional and I ended up with good brick wall repair.

Good job, in the end, overall. Be sure to consult about brick match before they purchase any. Insist on a sample first. You won’t likely be able to return it once palette is purchased. Very friendly service. I’d work with them again.

Sanchez Masonry Repair did a fantastic job replacing two sets of large wooden vents on the front of our home with brick. Spoke with Leo who said the tall height of the project would not be an issue as well as offering design suggestions and brick choices. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional.

They were very professional and very neat with the work, fast and efficient

They're very professional, thorough, and fairly priced.

Did a good job!

They were very courteous, patient and did everything they said they were going to do. I have no complaints at all.

He was gentle respectable and reasonable price for our satisfaction

Excellent value, friendly people, and most importantly, a trustworthy contractor that will honestly assess the situation.

I talked to them on a Wednesday and they came out the next morning! They were really fast! Great job.
