In our experience, they were wholly inadequate to do the job, despite their claims. They promised numerous times to return to fix their lousy work but never showed up again. In short, they took the money and ran. In our opinion, anyone using this company is risking throwing money completely away.

He never came back to finish the job. Not very satisficed with that

I had this business tear down and build a fence for me. Bryan was a very professional individual. But after he made mistakes on his original estimate, Bryan billed me for materials that were substandard. After Bryan was paid after completing the job, I discovered afterwards substandard hardware was used for the build and it is been difficult to get Bryan stand by his work to make it right. Unfortunately, I was not able to be present to observe the build. As a result, I am now requesting that Bryan do the right thing and set the example for others like him to follow. I would have given a 5 star rating if it were not for the issues that have been addressed and need to be fixed. I will now have hire another company to make it right.

Always was prompt and courteous fair pricing and easy to deal with

Bryan Sanchez is the owner and operator of Sanchez Landscaping. He comes out with his crew and is as much a worker as he is the owner of the business. He takes pride in the work he does and will do his best to get the work done to your satisfaction. He is very respectful and customer-service oriented. He makes sure his workers share the same values and professionalism that he displays at all times.

They were will ing to work with as the scope slightly evolved and the difficulty of the work increased. Bryan is very thoughtful and patient. He was even willing to absorb the cost of additional fence boards when it was discovered there was a slight error in calculation.

Sanchez Landscaping did an excellent job. They were very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Bryan has a very infectious quality about him, that puts you at easy. You can tell these guys love want they does and that translates in the finish project. Thanks to them, my front yard is beautiful again. I would definitely hire them again.

Dependable and Trustworthy

I plan to hire these guys again. The customer service was excellent. They didnâ t have the lowest bid, but after going over the details the quality of the install out weighed the very minimal difference in price. I spoke to Bryan on Sunday and my work is completed Tuesday. He stayed in contact with me the entire time. I will definitely be hiring them for my next project. Very professional and quiet, I didnâ t even know they were in my yard.

We did a lot of work together and he usually did a good job. On the last job, I paid him in advance and he never completed the job. There were also issues w/ quality of work (ie, fence boards not nailed down properly so they are falling off). I have been trying to get him to complete this job since November 2021 and he promises to show up but is a no show.

They showed up on time and I'm happy with them.
