This company is undependable 3 appointments and all three were a no show. He would then hang up my call when he would know it was me calling. Very unprofessional. He is rude when speaking to me.

Cleaning out my septic tank was - to put it mildly - a miserable job. Mark stayed at it until he thoroughly emptied it. Then he gave me tips on how to keep future potential problems at bay. If you had a 10 star rating, I'd give him that!
