Sanctuary Pools

I contracted with Mr. Ojeda to restore a neglected pool to use again. He gave an estimate of $12,000, which I accepted. However, Mr. Ojeda altered and cashed an increment check before it was due. I feel that he tried to take advantage of my age, as I am 88 years old. Only the first steps of the work were executed, leaving the remainder of the work undone, yet asking for the full payment before the work was even finished. The plumbing was subpar and left incomplete. I would not recommend contracting with this provider.

Steve is and a serious player in this field after hiring him I was blown away by his work ethic and attention to detail. My pool turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to build a new inground pool.

My experience with Sanctuary Pools was excellent. Steveâ s work ethics are impeccable. He is honest, professional and easy to communicate with. Any questions, problems, or concerns were dealt with immediately. Steve went above and beyond after the job was completed. That morning my pool pump quit. That afternoon knowing my situation he gave me the best estimate; he had the pump installed and running the next morning. Now thatâ s customer service!

The bid was several thousand dollars below the other 4 bids. Steve called a warranty company & I had a conference call to verify the answers I received. Steve was very responsive, replied to all texts & phone calls. He had a few problems with work crews that caused a bit of delay, but all worked out. Overall, we are pleased. I recommend giving him a chance to bid on your project and then you decide.

Steveâ s a great inground swimming pool designer, project manager and builder. Heâ s professional, honest and a straight shooter. I always felt really comfortable after I talked to him about any concerns. Project turned out great and we overcame any hurdle. I would recommend Sanctuary Pools to whoever is looking for a honest pool builder who will tell you how it is and give you peace of mind.

The overall experience with Sanctuary pools was very good, followed every precude like should be, the communication was there, I appreciate that a lot, something that other companyes does not do that.
