Fisherman Pools LLC

Steve Ojeda took advantage of the elderly and walked away with $14,500. Mr Ojeda was hired for a pool remodel. Due to a subcontractor canceling for non payment, the job could not begin and we wanted to cancel the project. No work has been done and he refused to return the money.

After getting multiple quotes and fisherman, Pool?s not being the cheapest, I decided to go with them because Steve was very thorough with everything to do with customer service. He explained an educated me to the best of his ability, and it really helped me feel like I wasn?t in good hands. I ordered them to work and needless to say I?m very happy with my decision.

This is a con artist please do not use this person for your pool. Steve Ojeda is the owner of this company and Sanctuary Pools who we hired to do our pool and deck area. He collected money up front did some work on our deck and strung us along for three months to do the rest. Ultimately he filed for bankruptcy with Sanctuary Pools and left us with most of the work unfinished. Now we owe sub-contractors that he contracted under Fisherman Pools LLC and now we owe them money he never paid them for the work they did, even though he collected it under Sanctuary Pools. Use at your own risk.

I contracted with Mr. Ojeda to restore a neglected pool to use again. He gave an estimate of $12,000, which I accepted. However, Mr. Ojeda altered and cashed an increment check before it was due. I feel that he tried to take advantage of my age, as I am 88 years old. Only the first steps of the work were executed, leaving the remainder of the work undone, yet asking for the full payment before the work was even finished. The plumbing was subpar and left incomplete. I would not recommend contracting with this provider.
