I was received a call back immediately after my inquiry. After receiving a quote we scheduled for the next morning. The next morning he arrived on schedule and proceeded to clean the carpets. He was done rather quickly and I was a little disappointed when I viewed the finished carpet because I was hoping they would look better than they did. The carpet is white or cream colored and has not be cleaned for the year that I have lived here so maybe that was as clean as it was gonna get. The guy was polite and friendly and punctual. We considered renting a shampooer after he left but we had to load the furniture back inside before it rained
