There proposal was very brief and inaccurate. A number of items were then added to the progress payment which affected our budget. A number of times they neglected to show up without a phone call. Only recently, almost a year after the job had been started and after numerous phone calls we thought we have made an appointment to get them over to complete the job, but surprise, surprise, no one shows up and not even a phone call to let us know and furthermore they have not returned my call.Never again!!
