Several panels of the siding had bowed loose leaving small gaps. When I spoke to Tony (a voice instead of voice-mail) he was able to send a repairman that very day. Josh was polite and efficient and the repair was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend S&D Improvements and would readily use them again.

His prompt estimate and start of the job was great. S & D is a professional company to deal with. Tony was there from the sale to completion. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

They explained what needed done. They man that gave the estimate had years of knowledge and I felt it would fix the leak. I was not home the day the roofer was the so he kept me informed when they started and when the job was completed. After several rainstorms I am very satisfied.
