Metal Roofing - Install or Replace

They never return calls. Only texts if communication is ever had. Left roof exposed for over two weeks. Began raining inside my home as a result and they still never returned calls. I have never had such an awful experience with customer service. I am waiting on small claims court for this to be settled. I am disappointed and extremely frustrated. I cant say enough poor things about their "service."

Doug Ellison met with me on April 23, 2014. He gave me an estimate, that we agreed to, I gave him a down payment and he indicated that he would do the work on April 26th and April 27th. He failed to show up, but sent me a text that he would do it the next week. he has continued to promise to do the job every week since then. The last contact with him was last weekend he promised to once again do the job, but no show again. Then his daughter calls and said he was in jail. I texted him and told him that he had to start the job by May 28th. I am out my down payment. Never recommend S&E Ro
