They need to present themselves professionally. They need to disclose what materials will be used for the project prior to installing them and they should never start the work prior to the homeowners approval.

The work was done the next day. The contractor NEEDS to inform the customer of all that needs to be done before giving a price. Don't wait and call after leaving to give you a list of other problems that he forgot to tell you. So far, the roof is not leaking as of 2/20/16. He does have an outgoing personality.
