I just wanted him to come to finish the job but he does not answer my calls or emails.

Great, timely work. Customer service could be better as they left wood chips in yard and damaged a drain cover and didn't mention it. They said they would return to remove chips but did not. For the cost of the service with the quality and quick timing of the work, I personally was able to easily get over those issues.

Did a great job and cleaned everything up afterwards. Appear to be very dependable. Very easy to deal with after one miscommunication.

Work was good, did not protect house siding from scratches etc. Did not fix damage to lawn from trucks.

Do not hire these people. Took my deposit, Said they would be back next day, Month later still have not heard from them. Shame on Home Advisor and Shame on S&J Tree Service. Left me hanging!

These guys are awesome! I received a call within minutes of entering my request through Home Advisor and they came out and provided me with a quote for the requested work the same day. Otnce I signed the contract, they performed the work 2 days later. Probably would have been next day, except that it rained. They worked hard & fast and cleaned up nicely. I would hire these guys again in a second and would recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal/trimming services.

They were very neat; did a great clean-up & ground down the stumps below grade as promised. Two large oak trees were totally removed in one day; approximately 6 hours.

SJ Tree service called and set up an appointment with me for an estimate right after I contacted them through Homeadvisor. Their free estimate was much much more competitive than another company for the same work recommended by Homeadvisor. I went with SJ Tree service and they came 3 days later with a chipper, a lift basket and a Bob cat and did an excellent job. They are Brasilliens and know how to cut down and remove a 100 ft tall four stems pine tree and a wild cherry tree. They trimmed a very big oak tree as well and removed 9 other small 30 ft trees in about 8 hours. They worked hard and was very friendly. All wood was either removed or chipped. For the price I can highly recommend SJ Tree service. For rough tree removal but not landscaping finish they are very cost effective. I wanted to have them come back for more work, but have a hard time getting them to call back. That's the only 1/2 minus star I gave them. But that's probably because they are so busy with the competitive pricing. Believe me their price was less than half of the other company, who estimated the same specified tree work

They're hard to contact over the phone.Left messages got no answers.I had more work for them.

these guys know what there doing and do it well. they ckeande up and took all parts of the tree away. they are brasilian and work very well
