I was in the process of getting a 50 year old house ready for sale. The hardwood floors were very dirty and it had been years since they were polished. S and K came out promptly, made a very fair cost estimate, and did the job promptly and professionally. When completed, the floors glistened!! It was such a difference. I have received many positive comments regarding the floors. Would recommend S and K without hesitation!! Also, the house sold! Julie J. in Newport News
