This guy that owns this is a scam artist who took two draws of money and never showed up. I signed the contract on May 21st, 2022 had to turn it over to this in Oct 2022, never showed applied for a permit, never did anything. Please you somebody that has a good rating, check all his ratings, he is a scam artist. I would give him a zero does not allow for this.

S & L recently built a raised, wood deck on the back of my townhome in Baltimore City. I got estimates from some other contractors that gave higher prices, so I went with this company. I was impressed at first but quickly got irritated by the lack of communication and frequent delays. It took much longer than expected for the job to be completed. In the end, they put together a sound structure but didn't exactly do what I wanted with the railings. The actual project took five days, but it all took about 3 months from start to finish. I'm happy with the deck overall but will not be using this company's services again.

They were great! Our basement was flooded and they fixed the drywall etc for us. They did excellent work, worked around our schedule schedule, and were reasonable. Definitely would work with again!
