There was no communication. They say they will do it in one week, but they don't come in that week. It varies. They are never on point and it is hard to keep up with them.

S&L needs to let their workers know the address where the work is to be done & the time of the appointment. Robert, the man in charge of the crew who mowed my lawn, just happened to call me this morning to ask my address, which startled me because I filled all that in on the computer! Come on, S&L, make it easy for your employees like you made it for me!
