"I am very disappointed by the comments of the customer because I did extra work that wasn't in our agreement and didn't charged him as it should. I did the repair of concrete pool in 2011 and became an amazing job. Why the customer after two years remembered about for "poor job"? In 2013 i had health issue and I gave the service to another person, this does not mean I didn't my job good from 2011 to 2013"
