Everything was very good except that the final price for repairs exceeded the original estimate. The amount charged seemed high considering the amount of time it took to fix the problem. Update: S&M reviewed my bill and agreed to only charge according to the original estimate and not the higher amount charged because of the job taking longer than anticipated. I would recommend this company.

Be prepared for the job to be done when an estimate is given. We got the estimate that day & with the OK to do the job, Don immediatey got to work. Don was very knowledgeable & professional. He didnâ t talk down to me & being a woman, that was very much appreciated. He put in extra time to finish the work. The only complaint I have is the $69 trip charge that I was not aware of. Usually businesses absorb that cost when you have work done & in our case, our total bill was almost $700.
