Sam was great communicator and his work was excellent. Painted some ceilings and installed molding around cabinets.

Sam is very accommodating and willing to do what is asked to make the job as best as possible. I feel he tries hard and his work is very good. Sam has painted all but two bedrooms and my downstairs basement. He did what was asked and the front door came out beautiful after he painted it. The only reason he did not get a 5 rating was his inability to come daily and work a full day. I fully understand personal situations and unexpected events but from a customer's perspective, it did delay the job a bit. All in all, I would absolutely hire him again. I plan to have my Twins' rooms painted and will hire Sam to do so when ready. He cares about the quality of his work. I do appreciate his desire to have the first coat of paint dry thoroughly before applying the second coat. In that respect, I am glad he did not rush. I definitely recommend Sam for any of your painting needs.

Sam is a true professional. He has a great personality and works with the homeowner to ensure they are satisfied before he leaves your home. He takes particular attention to details to ensure what he repairs properly works for the customer. He is very thorough and makes sure he finishes the job by cleaning up before he leaves. I would hire him again for other work in my home. I will also recommend him to friends who need his type of work performed.

Sam called us right away. He came the next evening to look at the 3 projects. Within 2 days he was back and installed a cabinet, hung an antique wall clock and a large bedroom mirror. He is a perfectionist and made suggestions to insure the applications went smoothly. We would have him again and would recommend him to anyone. And to boot--he is a very nice guy!

Sam took his time with removing an old toilet and bathroom vanity and installing new ones. He did not rush through the job, carefully cleaned everything, and set out the old fixtures on the curb. I'm very pleased with the results. His fee was reasonable for the scope of work.
