They did a great job. I had carpenter ants and flies - both kept coming back. He took a lot of time to explain what was going on. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. very pleased with the result - haven't seen an ant or fly since it was done in August 2019.

This was the best pest service I ever had. Shawn, has a lot of knowledge on all the services he provides. I was able to obtain an appointment that fit my schedule. He was on time and cleaned up behind himself. No matter how many questions I ask he explained each and everyone. As I talked to Shawn I saw that he had a lot of passion in what he does. Sean is very good with knowledge on all types of intruders from crawling to flying and all in between. He also treats the problem with respect to the animals even though they will be evicted. He provided roof exclusion for us and advised on many other issues during his initial visit. The roof exclusion was not cheap but I know it will only need to be done this one time with Sean on the job.

I had Shawn out to the house for carpenter ants. He surveyed the areas they had been spotted and checked the rest of the house. He was eager to answer questions and explained in detail the process they use. I have no problem recommending them to anyone!
