S & O Concrete

Mr. Sei does excellent concrete work as well as doing landscaping projects, however, he lacks the understanding of the written contract and the written estimate and project cost causing cost misunderstanding and disagreement. Client beware.

S & O poured a Concrete Patio Four weeks ago after a week the patio slab started to crack. I phoned S & O Three times in the last Three weeks and was promised that S & O would be out!!!!!! the company has not shown up of yet. To say the least this person will not be doing any further work for me.

S&O contractors completed a small concrete job at our house. They were able to start the day after I contacted them. They arrived on time and completely the job in a timely manner. I'm happy with how everything looks. Their bid was also lower than the other bid I solicited. I would recommend S&O.

I hired S & O to replace a 30' L x 6' H retaining wall in my San Francisco backyard. I had put off doing this job for years assuming it would take weeks to finish and break the bank. S & O started on Monday morning, they worked four 10 hour days, and the new retaining wall was compete by Thursday afternoon - a day ahead of schedule. The S & O team was always on time, if not a few minutes early and always pleasant & friendly. They were true to the bid that was given at the initial inspection - a bid significantly lower than the other contractors. They did a great job cleaning up the site. I am very happy with the wall - would hire again.

It was a great value. Price was better then any other quotes collected. Great to work with in this project.

The General Contractor was always on site.

Did a good job but kept changing (increasing) the estimated costs after one week WITHOUT revisiting/examining the job. No change from work to be done. Went from a high of $3500 to higher cost of $4500. Wouldn't say why when asked to explain. Felt ripped off.
