We are lifelong customers of S & P Outdoor Living! They laid a paver patio for us last year and it still looks like it's brand new. We recently had them add a French drain and dry well to our backyard. We had zero drainage in our backyard - it drove us nuts. Clay and his crew had the backyard done in less than a days work. We have had so much rain recently and our backyard is not a swamp! I would highly recommend.

It took a bit to get it scheduled but it was worth the wait. Clay had good ideas and worked with ours as well. We were pleased with the results of our stone patio.

Clay and his guys have done several jobs for us and we were very happy. Replaced our front walkway, landscaped area in backyard, added drainage area with decorative rocks, and repaired rock free standing wall. Their work is top notch and we have referred them to several neighbors.

New replacement porch and steps with railing was much better than expected. The porch now looks like it was part of the original house. The new curb appeal will definitely help sell the house when we are ready to move.

Clay and his team were amazing. He was so helpful and informative. I picked him out of all of my options because he was the most able to speak to his options, what he could do, what he couldn t do, why one thing was better... etc. he was throughly knowledgeable. That made us confident going into it, however, when he and his team came to actually do the project, we were FLOORED at how amazing and FAST the result was. This squad is A+. I would recommend them to anyone.

Clay and his team dis excellent work on our patio and pergola project. Clay helped us with design ideas and material selection. They started and finished the job when they said they would, worked long hard days in-between, and cleaned up at the end of each day and upon completion of the job. We had a slight issue with drainage which Clay promptly addressed without complaint and at no extra charge. They were professional and take obvious pride in their work. Highly recommended.

Nice work

We've had several issues with this company. They were hired to lay stone in a recessed front porch with the goal of keeping water from seeping into the basement of the house. The stone was laid, but seepage issues continued. A housekeeper was sweeping the porch several weeks ago and noticed the material between the stones (usually grout or mortar) was sweeping away with the dirt. It seems it's all sand. Repeated attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered.

The quote from his company was the best of any company I looked into and we are very happy with how the finished product turned out. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

Good experience all the way around.

S&P extended my paver patio, restored my existing paver patio and built a grill station. I am very happy with the look of the finished product. My experience with Clay was very easy and quick. There was a slight miscommunication on the location of the grill station but that was more my fault than his and he has gone above and beyond to make it right. I do wish we would have gotten into specific details a bit more (placement, brick colors, etc.) However, I'm still thrilled with the outcome. Communication was a bit hit or miss but he always did as he said and stuck with the plan. I enjoyed working with him and intend to do so again in the future.

Owners needs to work on communication with customers. There were misunderstandings. Including unused material separately purchased by homeowners for other projects removed from property and disposed of. I also found the contract to be a vague compared to other quotes (not itemized) as far amount of materials needed/used but not a big deal. The small landing was bit sloppy (uneven cuts, screws at varying heights all the way from not being counter sunk to being 1/4 deep, cracked cedar $$ deck boards at ends from screws). The landing is larger then agreed upon and extends two feet off the patio on one end so you are stepping down in the dirt. However the patio pavers do look good.
