I was extremely pleased with the work Ben Williams and his assistant did. The floors look fantastic and it was all done with very little mess and dust. I will definitely be calling upon them to work on the upstairs floors when the time comes.

I paid to a painting job now I have paint in my white sink and most of the materials and they still spilled paint everywhere I also paid deposit for carpet and have heard NOTHING from this company even after filing a complaint. Neither Ben or Jane ever contacted me to address any of the issues I had. The work has been completed, but took entirely to long.

"Painting was done professionally. We missed two small spots on the sink while cleaning the area. The consumer raved about the job upon completion so I was very shocked to recieve this kind of rating. Carpeting was back ordered and customer was notified. We went through great lenghths to have the carpet shipped from a warehouse in Alabama to get it in sooner then originally thought. Carpet was installed and came out beautiful as did the whole job. Again, another job we would take pride in showing. Perfect example of no matter what you do, you cant please everyone, no matter what you do. Consumer also recieved $200 dollars off for delay."

They did not started and finished on time, the transitions with the closest and bathroom were very poorly done, the floors were " B " prepared that I see and feel rough, the finish coating seems no existing in many spots. Mike promises to much and basically one guy was working on the whole house that made long delay.

"Existing floor for refinish was very difficult to sand and had to be done with 4 different grit types of Sand Paper due to the amount of imperfections and the type of finish that was applied prior to our work. Only one man was qualified to do this job so that it would come out perfect, which it did based on pictures taken of the whole job. Transitions were supplied for free to cover existing conditions and were applied the best possible way with what we had to work with. 3 coats of finish were applied and no spots were missed. We would show this floor with pride to anyone who wanted to see it."

Service was excellent: salesperson very helpful and informative; when scheduled appt. needed to be changed, Sand Rite accommodated my schedule and timeframe without question; installation was effecient and timely. The room looks great. All persons I encountered during the project were curteous, respectful, and prfessional. I have already referred this company to a co worker and plan to use them again for another project.

Sand Rite did a good job on installing my kitchen pergo flooring. They installed the molding I purchased and the kitchen looks good, however, they did not finish the transition molding and an unfinished area in front of my french doors. I sent several emails that were unanswered. I don't feel I need to chase a contractor.

We had bamboo and tile put in. It is beautiful. There was an issue with a nail, but Ben pulled the board out and made it perfect. It was corrected immediatly. Fair, honest, resonalbly priced. Did things in a very timely fashion. We always get two or three estimates. But when we talked Mike we felt confidante from the begining that they knew what they were doing. We didnt get any other estimates and went with them. No regrets whatsoever. You wont be dissapointed if you go with them. Great details-Beautiful work !

I had laminate flooring installed in in 3 rooms and a hallway upstairs in my home. Ben and Mike were very professional. They finished the project in 1 and 1/2 days. They did an excellent job. The floor looks beautiful!! I would definitly recommend Sand Rite Floors and plan on using them again for future projects. I also have to say when Ben came to give us an estimate he spent alot of time answering our questions, was not pushy, and gave us a very competitive price. Overall we were extremely happy with the floors and installation!!

What an awesome experience! Ben and Mike were professional and did a wonderful FAST job of our 900+ square feet of laminate flooring! It looks BEAUTIFUL and I would recommend Sand Rite Floors to all my friends! You won't find a better deal, a better quality installation or nicer guys!

"Oh my goodness!!" What a fantastic job these guys did!!! Me and my wife are speechless and extremely pleased with the overall service and work that these gentleman provided for our floor. Their communication and flexible schedules are phenomenal, and their workmanship was incredible!! I initially worked with Ben whom scheduled and inspected the entire flooring project. He was extremely professional and set the bar with a pleasant presence. Their prices were VERY reasonable and worked perfectly with my budget. Mike was a phenomenal worker with endless abilities which showed through his awesome eye for measurements. Excellent Job Guys!
