We are veteran owned and experts (certified and licensed) in our trade. We will do our best to provide you with a 5 star service no matter if its home inspections, radon testing (NRPP Certified Tech), air quality testing (IAC2), Water / Well Water Testing, Thermal Imaging (SUAS and Therm Level I) sewer scoping, Aerial Thermal imaging etc. We are also both InterNachi and ASHI certified We know how important these inspections are and we provide electronic reports in most cases the same day! Scott is very thorough and informative. He also seems very honest and friendly. He had a very quick response time to my request for quotes and I got an appointment right away. The turnaround time was also very quick for the test results as well. I think his prices are comparable to that of what others offer to test or even lower. I like that he only does testing and not remediation so that there's no conflict of interest.

I recommend Scott Highland as a Home Inspector to anyone, especially to any first time home buyers. As this was our first experience with a home inspection we had many questions. He made sure we understood the process and answered all of our questions. We went along with him during the entire inspection and observed him doing a good job, pointing out items we never would have recognized and giving us tips on how to resolve them. Scott is friendly and really makes you feel comfortable and at ease and he was prompt on communicating with us whenever we needed him.
