They did a great job, worked hard and tried to minimize disruption. They also removed the carpet that was covering the old hardwood floors and moved the furniture which was a big help. The floors are beautiful! We are quite happy with them.

Wally came and gave us a quote and did the work on the same day because he happened to have an opening on that day. Excellent work. Removed tar paper that was glued to the hardwood floor, then sanded and sealed the hardwood. One room. All in six hours!

When Steven gave me my estimate he took the time to explain the whole procedure and patiently answered my questions. Steven and Wes were very prompt, courteous and professional. After the initial contact they promptly visited the site to give a quote. We hired them and they scheduled the work in a timely manner. The floor was 35 years old and after they completed the job it was amazing how it looked. They left the job site very clean and the associates are pleasant to work with. Hire them if you have any floor refinishing.

Upon submitting my request a representative had contacted us within 12 hours and set up a day and time to come and look at the job. After the prompt representative from S&S had quoted the repairs and refinishing, the job was started and finished right on schedule with minimal inconvenience. Very courteous and informative employees. I would highly recommend S&S to friends and family.

S&S did not communicate well with the potential customer. I was scheduled for work and because they did not get a hold of me to confirm they did not show up and I had to call them to find out. They were also late the next day because of trailer problems.
