Mel and his crew came into our recently purchased house in Beaumont and created a masterpiece by adding a half bath and enlarging the first floor bath and bedroom into a master bedroom and bath and walk-in closet. The work was A-plus and Mel and his crew not only finished the work in the three week period he estimated but also stayed within budget except for a few extras and tweeks to make the project perfect. We are so happy every time we walk in the house that my wife cannot get the smile off her face. If you have a remodel Sandco is the first Company to call. I have been in real estate over 40 years and Sandco is hands down the best contractor I have ever used.

You get your bang for your buck. He knows his product and knows what he's doing. He left me with a feeling of confidence. I trust him a lot, and he's done several projects for me and my family.

they told me it would take about 3 days to complete. they offered to work on weekend to get it done sooner so i didn't waste my vacation time. they took over 3 weekend to complete (7 days). they were late everyday so i ended up sitting around waiting on them.they didn't have all the rite materials and tools to do what they needed to do.left job several times to get more material.the finishing of the job was very sloppy.

I kept changing the orders, it is like the Winchester House, just kept building with him. The first job was five weeks, he has always under the time schedule. He looks at the big picture, sees how work should be done in the future. He said that I would not work done that way. He is a nice guy, just fixed problems as he was doing work for me.
