Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
Vic is my go to person for everything I need done at my house and has been for quite awhile now. Some things I go directly to one of his men and sometimes I just need advice from Vic on how to do something myself. He has also done big jobs for me.
Vic actually built my house. I'm a senior citizen and had never had a custom home built and didn't have any family or friends close by to help either. He did a fabulous job! My new neighbors commented several times about how fast he got my home built and said they had been over to look inside and it was great. That is a lot as I built the smallest home 14,000 sq ft HOA would allow with many homes several times my houses size. Vic has always been kind and helpful. And he built my home for well over $60,000 less then the builder who I had previously thought I was going to use. And he stayed in budget. I highly recommend Vic for all building needs. He is honest and will work with you to do what you ask for and explains things well.

Beware of this builder. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly caution anyone against doing business with him. He makes promises and assurances to gain your trust, but once he has your money, those promises seem to mean nothing. I was left dealing with serious problems, broken promises, and the financial and emotional consequences. In my experience, he took my money and left me high and dry. Do not rely on his words. Protect yourself and your hard-earned money.

Mr. Sanders was friendly and professional. They did the work in the time frame promised. They covered up every thing and when they left, they cleaned up. I would use them again. I enjoyed having the crew in my house. Thank you.

Mr.Sanders and workers showed up on time, were polite and professional. Work was completed in a timely fashion and was very well done. Reasonable rates. Will be calling on Mr.Sanders again in the future for more interior painting. Excellent work! Thank you.

I dismissed them before they even started. Mr Sanders was arrogant and patronizing. Life is too short.
