They respect your home

Very high quality work and a pleasure to do business with.

We engaged Sanders Quality Services to clean our carpets and rugs. They did a terrific job. We live in a town home with three carpeted bedrooms, a large upstairs landing and a full carpeted basement. The carpet had varying degrees of wear. Some hadn't been touched since we moved in 16 years ago. Eric Sanders, the proprietor and chieftain, is friendly, outgoing and a good problem solver. He uses what appears to be a hot water extraction system with brushes, plus hand scrubbing for the tough spots. He and his assistant worked incredibly hard all day, and when we were through, all our carpeting was not only much cleaner, but also much brighter. I was particularly impressed by our basement, which has Berber carpet that's very hard to clean. It looks terrific now. Our upstairs carpeting, which covers two rarely used bedrooms, had become loose and lumpy over the years. Eric re-stretched it before he cleaned it and it now looks almost pristine. Most of our first floor has hardwood flooring, with two rugs that were particularly soiled. Eric didn't want to use his machine on a rug over the hardwood, so instead of taking it out overnight, he had us move our car out of the garage and covered the concrete floor with a large plastic tarp I found. He cleaned the two rugs there and we brought them in the following morning. I was surprised be how well his machine extracted the water it applied. The carpet barely felt damp afterward and was dry by the next morning. We've had carpet cleaners in for smaller jobs, but none of them worked harder or made the house look better than Erik.
