Todd assessed our needs and arranged with the supplier for the siding needed. He also arranged for our direct payment (with the contractor discount) with delivery to our home. He did a great job. I will contract with him for other work.

We have had a leak in our front windows since the house was built. Todd examined the window and found that the top of the window was not flashed correctly. We won't be able to test the window until the next Noreaster but feel based on the fix this should solve our problem. Todd is very knowledgeable and candid in his recommendations. We trust his solution and found his pricing to be fair.

I had the aluminum come off my fascia and needed it to be repaired immediately because of pending rain. I went to Home Advisor.com and put in my request. Todd answered immediately and did the work that same day. He was very professional and I am very satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend him.

Call returned in minutes. Was at site in about 90 minutes. Sized up job, gave me an estimate and 2 1/2 hrs later the job was completed beautifully. So much so that neighbors came by to comment on the great job. Tod and Josh are kind, honest and hospitable. I will definitely hire them again.

I lost some roof tiles and needed to get them replaced before a storm hit. Todd came over and immediately went to work, replacing the tiles and fastening down some others that were loose.

First, I submitted my information and request through Home Advisor on a Saturday afternoon and within 15 minutes of doing so, Todd, the owner called me. We set an appointment for Monday at 8:00 am and he showed up just like he said he would. When I met Todd, he presented a business card, listened to the problem, went up on the roof, found the damaged areas, and took pictures with his camera to show me. Todd was very professional and repaired the roof the very same day. I was extremely pleased with his presentation and work performance.

I HADE A NUMBER OF BROKEN & MISSING SHINGLES TO REPLACE. I CALLED SANDERSON CONSTRUCTION. THEY CAME WITHIN TWO HOURS REAIPED & REPLACED THE SHINGLES. TODD WAS VERY COURTIOUS . HE EXPLAINED ALL THE WORK HE WOULD DO AN GAVE ME A RESONABLE PRICE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK. I WILL DEFINETLY USE HIM AGAIN.
