Hiring Kevin Sanderson for this job was a grand slam. Five stars is not enough for his excellent work and customer service. He responded promptly to our search on the Angi app for someone to install a fence around our unground swimming pool. I am very happy with the work performed. It was done in a thoughtful, workmanlike manner with attention to detail. Kevin Sanderson is knowledgeable and efficient and helpful. He and a helper installed 250 ft. of wood fence, 4x4 posts set in concrete, three 2x6 rails, 16 ft offset in driveway for 3 gates, plus an arch over the gate 12 ft high using a 2x12 crossbeam bolted to two 4x6 posts. (The gateposts) exactly the way I had envisioned the final result. there is a varmint fence from the ground up to the center rail, the main purpose for this fence.

A great experience with a honest,polite and very consciousness of seeing to every detail... excellent work and cleaned up all the mess.

Cost of materials was tremendous, but expected. About the company...only wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars. Kevin, himself, was extremely professional and down to earth. "A good ole boy." Treated you with much respect and answered all questions (even if asked more than once). Can't sing his praises enough. Stayed on top of all jobs, and there were many. There were glitches, like delays in getting materials needed to do the job, but it wasn't his fault. EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK!

Kevin and his son, are very respectful wonderful people. They pay attention to the details and completed the project in a timely manner. I will hire them again when I expand the fence line. Kevin was also very helpful, referring me to one of his subcontractors ( Salinas Paint Company) who did my interior painting, who were also excellent.

The work performed was better than when the house was first built. The workers were professionals . Always on time. They were very courteous, answered all my questions during the job that I had. They were very careful and did not make a mess. Replaced flooring (3 layers) ,leveled floor, replaced shower and backsplash, replaced backsplash and renovated bathtub (looks like new). Came in well below bid. Will hire again. Very happy with job. Outstanding!
