I liked everything about the experience. Caleb was responsive, informative, decisive and efficient in his plan of attack, he was punctual, he planned his work to minimize our time without water, and once the work started - in the snow - he moved quickly but neatly to make the repair. The repair was in a gravel driveway in the snow and he leveled it back out nicely. He provided a 1-year warranty on labor. Overall great experience.

Caleb responded to my need for various plumbing tasks needed following my move to Loveland in September. He willingly helped me shop for the needed supplies at a nearby HOME DEPOT, advising me what would and would not work with my choices. I live in a manufactured home so it presented some challenges, but he knew what do so. He is personable and very capable and knows his craft. He successfully installed a new kitchen sink with an Insinkerator this time, two new toilets, and two new shower heads. He hauled away the old stuff for which I was grateful.
