    At first, we loved the service. Everything was spotless, dust was taken care of, surfaces were clean and tidy. Over time, the crew started cutting corners, missing dusty areas, cutting short the mopping, missing things that were obvious. Small things, and it was still nice to have 80% of the cleaning done, and not have to do it ourselves. There were always little things like the cooktop grates always being put on improperly, and items not being replaced where they were, as well. Not enough to get upset about, but still indications that attention to detail was not being paid. Then, my wife came home and discovered that the brushed stainless steel cooktop and the brushed stainless steel shower tower had a bunch of scratches against the grain, or in circles, where it looked like it had been scrubbed with a scouring pad. I contacted the company and at first, they told me I could get the items repaired or replaced myself, and they would reimburse me or make it up in free cleanings. I replied that I did not think I should have to do the leg work for fixing their mistake, and finally they offered to fix or replace the damaged items, or reimburse for damages. I chose to have them reimburse me for the shower tower because of the difficulty of replacing it, and the model being discontinued. They ended up having to replace the cooktop, because itâ s not really possible to fix scratches in brushed stainless when they are this deep. The company assured us that their employees are trained not to scrub with abrasives, and insisted that some debris must have been caught on the cleaning cloths. I have my doubts about this, but having no proof, I accepted this, and an assurance that more care would be taken. On the VERY NEXT cleaning, the cleaners further damaged the cooktop, not with more scratches, but by using so much liquid that it got inside the cooktop, and caused the auto-igniter for the burners to continue sparking for almost a half hour, which burned the igniter out completely. Careless, AND, I had previously asked the crew NOT to use so much liquid to clean the cooktop for this VERY reason, as I had noticed them doing this on more than one occasion (I was home when they cleaned). Now, until the replacement, which has been delayed for over 2 months, I have to hand light the burners on my cooktop. The companyâ s reaction was very nonchalant, apologizing for inconvenience, but not really even acknowledging that the crew were responsible for damaging the house we trusted them with. I found the responses very unsatisfying and disingenuous. I am left with a very bad taste in my mouth from this experience, a permanently scratched shower tower and a long wait for a replacement cooktop. I recommend that if you have any reasonably high-end surfaces in your house, that you do not use this company.

    The first deep clean will be amazing. If you read the reviews you will see that is who is leaving the 5 star reviews...the first-timers. So if you want just one clean...they are the company. But WARNING: After the first clean it is the most unprofessional and disorganized company you will ever deal with and it will never be as clean as the first time, despite the promise that every clean is a deep clean. It i s not. Do not waste your money or time. With their prices apparently having gone up, there are better and cheaper companies in town that do a better job. Sandia Green Clean requires all communication via text, but they do not answer and whoever is in charge of texting is the most unprofessional and often unresponsive representative they could have hired. The cleaners are fine enough, but the are often late and do not communicate this with the customer in advance. Today they were almost an hour past the window they are given to arrive. If you are not super clear in your standards the clean will not be clean. One time they even forgot to dust and vacuum and then on the next clean said it was because their vacuum was not working the last time. To be fair, they did credit me a portion of that clean, but only after I reminded them of that promise AFTER they charged me the full price for the next clean). All in all the cleaners and I could probably get along fine and they do a fine enough job if supervised and given specific instruction, but the customer service has got to be the worst I have ever experienced. If you ask for management or the owners to contact you they do not and customers can only communicate through unanswered texts. After 7 cleans and 7 separate chances to improve the customer service, I am done and would not recommend this company unless you want to pay for the biggest headache of your life.

    Hired bimonthly services under the premise someone in crew would always speak English. Sent new crew no one spoke English & could not communicate any requests. It was a total waste of time and $. Floors were not touched in areas, shower not cleaned, Have tried reaching Matt but told 4 times now ;YOU CAN NOT TALK TO HIM and in those exact words. Can only talk to Claudia in scheduling PERIOD. My messages were not sent on to owners so there could b some solution NOTHING. Would NOT RECOMMEND their services for ANYTHING. Since last September everything is done by phone there is NO PERSONAL interaction with anyone but cleaning people or follow up. Received bill by text for $35+ more than usual fee on recent disaster cleaning NO EXPLANATION. Owning 2 business in town I am appalled at the business practices used for any problems a customer might encounter with their company.

    My little ceramic hedgehogs were broken during dusting, I imagine. I just would have appreciated being told about It rather than discover the broken pieces a few days later. This got me wondering about my cherished, intricate, silver Aleppo chain and whether it could have wound up in cleaning supplies, cars, or something and if it was too embarrassing to tell me so.

    Two of the women spoke very loud in Spanish even while I was on the phone. They lowered their voices when I asked them to. Did not like listening to them. Their cleaning was good, but they could have done a better job for the amount of money. Moved items out of place. I will not hire again.
