Sand installed 3 vanity tops from the home maintenance store and made one in his shop of epoxy to match the others. It turned out beautiful and I wish I did them all with epoxy. He also painted one vanity. He worked hard to get the job done in an extremely tight timeframe. Nice guy.

Assessed the problem and corrected it quickly and efficiently.

Overall he did a very good job. Not crazy about the way he installed the shutters. Should have been centered on window not even with bottom of window. Makes window look lopsided. I didn't explain how I want them placed.

Make certain excess supplies, concrete, etc. are toted off the property.

Sandiel Construction is only one guy. He makes you believe it is a company and will finish the job quick and easy. He started the job by contract to finish by 11/25. It is December he has not completed half of it. Gave him 2/3 part of the money agreed, and he keeps asking for more. The deal was half at the beginning, half when finished. Because I do not give him more money, he keeps saying that he will come tomorrow and does not come. Materials were included in the cost. He even refuses to install a toilet paper holder and a mirror to the half bathroom. He says that is additional. Sandiel did not protect the house, and he drilled on concrete covering the whole house in powder(I was not living in the house by then), damaging the heater unit, clogged it and a sink in the bathroom where he washed his hands covered in powder many times. He kept saying that he is a man of his word, that should have alerted me that he was not. I would not recommend this guy to anybody. He takes away your money and then buy cheap materials and it is a nightmare to make him come to work. Now, I will need to take the case to the Small Court. I wish that I had a real review to know what I was getting into before contracting him.

This guy is fast, efficient and provides quality work. I wish Iâ d known about him years ago.
