We specialize in new custom homes, home additions, remodel (kitchens, bathrooms, room make-over, etc.) and whole house remodeling, with full-service design studio. Sandlin Design Build, Inc., is owned and operated by Chris Sandlin, the eldest grandson of pioneering Texas homebuilder J.B. Sandlin (who started building homes in 1957 and grew his family business into what is now Sandlin Custom Homes). As a small builder with past experience working for a big builder, Chris offers an excellent combination of price and quality. Chris specializes in one-on-one customer interaction for a variety of remodeling, addition, new home projects on an equally wide variety of homeowner budgets. Chris has a stellar team of licensed trades and excellent craftsmen available for every job. Workers are on time, well-organized, and very respectful.
