Sandoval Remodeling

We selected Jesus Sandoval based on positive reviews. He has done extensive work on our "fixer upper" house in almost every category of job possible: shored up foundation, roof and attic, installed an entire houseful of laminate flooring, replaced all windows with beautiful Pella ones, replaced siding, trim, and more before completely painting the exterior. He has created a beautiful pantry, master closet and gorgeous exterior skirting based off pictures I found on Pinterest. All so amazing. His crew is very talented, punctual and the work ethic is unmatched. Don't call Jesus just yet, because we have a few more pojects first. Seriously, we have found the best contractor and you will be so pleased with his prices and quality of work. He can do anything, and if not, he finds someone who can. We hope to have Jesus here for years to come.

I had a fantastic experience with Jesus! He did an excellent job painting the interior ceiling in one of my rooms. The finish looks smooth and professional, and he paid great attention to detail from start to finish. He was punctual, respectful of my space, and kept everything clean throughout the process.I’m extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Jesus to anyone looking for high-quality painting work. Jesus and his crew arrived when they scheduled after good text and phone communication. I've been renovating this house for years and avoiding fixing the ceiling due to the effort required. They came in with very reasonable quotes for the drywall patching in 5 different rooms, filling of old light and vent holes and large cracks, then finally painting the ceilings. It took longer than they had anticipated but at no time was there a change in the agreed price. They cleaned up afterwards and made a final walk around to make sure I was satisfied. The result was as near perfect as you could get with the horrendous condition they had to deal with. They are highly recommended.

Jesus and his crew did an excellent job. They built a 10x10 side deck with what I call lazy steps (4 inches apart). No effort climbing these steps. They repaired our old back deck, replacing rotted boards. Then they stained the back deck and existing ramp. Last, but not least, they built a roof on our back deck. It is all beautiful and craftsmanship is great. They finished all of this in 3 days, at a great price. The work areas were all cleaned and left looking tidy. We will call on Jesus again when we add our carport and any other work we need done. We highly recommend Jesus and his crew to anyone who needs work done around their home. Top notch!!

Yes, didn’t have photos of full repair, but this is it! He and his crew has to remove all floor decking, joust beams and redo them, along with sub floor. Painted and did the plumbing, repaired roof around fireplace as well!
