We were exceptionally pleased with the work of SanDow Construction. SanDow recently renovated our 1,000 sq. ft., 3-bedroom condo unit. The project included lead abatement, extensive carpentry work (the replacement of 14 door casings, 8 doors, and 4 window casings, as well as the construction of a 9â x 8â bookcase), and the replacement of 5 light fixtures and 18 electrical outlets. General Manager Andre Downey put together professional, competent crews for each phase of the project - lead abatement and reconstruction. It was readily apparent that Andreâs carpentry crew was committed to a job done right. Andre was always available to answer any questions that we had throughout the process, and he was willing and happy to adapt as we asked him to slightly expand the scope of the project.
