Sandra's is the best house cleaning service I've ever used. She has a team of professional staff. They show up on-time, get to work, and no messing around. True professionals. Dealing with Sandra herself is a pleasure, she's always available by text day & night, and when she says she's going to do something, it gets done promptly and right. "Hi .. I don't think it's fair for my company to put 1 star, when you did an excellent job and you were happy, I sent more people to your home is to do it in a shorter period .. I am a company and you knew it, you were at home during my girls did the job and your house took that time as stipulated, you were not charged extra .. on the contrary I made a discount, unfortunately you were not happy with the cost but You agreed with the price before ... I just don't think it's fair with your review, since we work according to what your house requires to do a good cleaning..."

Sandra is friendly, responsive, punctual, and thoughtful. Her team is well trained and thorough. I was completely satisfied with their work. She was helpful to me in pointing out some things that needed my attention, even calling me From her car after she had left, to remind me to run the dishwasher. (The dishes were not part of the job I hired her for; she just noticed that the dishwasher was full and ready to run.) I will definitely use Sandra's Housecleaning again.
