Mr. Sands arrived and surveyed my property and and told me what to do. My property didn't quite need all of his services but, he pointed me to his counter partner William Kuntz a waterproofing and foundation specialist. Which in turned gave me wonderful service, without taking advantage of me in my situation. Mr Sands provided the structural drawings to continue with my project. I am pleased with his knowledge and my fixings.

They came out to look at our situation before making us commit to anything. We compensated him for his time on our own because we were very pleased with what he did for us. He saved us a lot of money and time. This guy really has your best interest in mind. I would definately give them the thumbs up.
