Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Company owner asked for my credit card number the day before he agreed to install a water heater, said he would issue a credit when he installed the water heater. I paid by check when the job was done but no credit has been issued.Also , 5 weeks after the installation the heater started leaking and I had to call another plumber for $175.00 to repair the bad copper pipe fitting he made. Sandy Springs plumbing never answered any of my numerous calls for help .

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Gregory was the best! He was friendly, knowledgable and a hard worker. We originally hired Gregory to come and replace a hot water heater. His prices were so reasonable that we then hired him to do some additional plumbing work that we have been putting off for years. We have also hired him to install several new sinks and toilets in our 1942 home in order to make some necessary upgrades. When we put an additional onto our home in 2011 - 2012 we plan to utilize Gregory again for the plumbing work.

Got the job done, but I wasted three full days waiting on them to show up. They need to work on their ability to get to the job when they say they will. My time is just as valuable as theirs!!!!

On the night before Thanksgiving, he responded to our �emergency� call in a very short amount of time, remedied our dilemma and had us fully situated to host 26 people in our foyer the next day. Perhaps best of all, he charged us a rate with which we were very comfortable, allowing us to fully appreciate our holiday celebration.

I HAD GREGORY HERE TODAY TO REPAIR A A HOT WATER LINE. WITH OUT HIS KINDNESS AND GREAT RRSPONSE TO MY NEEDS. THE KIDS WOULD BE TAKING COLD WATER SHOWERS AGAIN. AND I DID NOT HAVE ANY MONEY TO PAY THE BILL AT THAT TIME, AND HE SAID WHEN I GET MY NEXT UNEMPLOYMENT CK TO CALL AND LET HIM KNOW. HE IS THE KIND OF REPAIR MAN YOU NEED. SOMEONE THAT IS UNDERSTANDING AND KIND AND DOES A GREAT JOB.

Gregory is a very fast talker. He presents an invoice stating the cost and then looks for things in the home to run up the cost. He promises to fix things and charge no labor and then later presents an invoice with labor cost included. I tell you how many invoices he wrote and later tore up just to figure it up an entirely different way. I wish I had gotten another pro and I know that I will never use him again except for any warranty he presented for this visit. It's plumber like Gregory who make people distrust all plumbers.

Immediate assistance with a same day quoted price. Reasonable prices and labor and was completed with project in accordance to my schedule so I would not have to miss a whole day of work. Very pleasant person and hard worker. Cleaned all materials when completed.
